How much does shipping cost?
Within Germany, delivery by DHL courier service is completely free of charge, regardless of the number or weight of the modules ordered.
How long does it take for the sofa to be delivered?
Delivery usually takes 4 – 6 working days. The exact time is stated on each product page. During holiday periods, summer breaks or logistical bottlenecks, delivery may be delayed, but we will always inform you by e-mail.
How can I track my parcel?
After placing your order, you will automatically receive an e-mail with a tracking code and a direct DHL link, which you can use to track your parcel in real time.
How long can I cancel the order?
Anytime before delivery. After receipt, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day on which the notification of your withdrawal from this contract was received by us.
