How long does delivery take?
Your Cloud Sofa from EEAZI is usually delivered within 5-7 business days. After dispatch, you will automatically receive a tracking link with which you can track your delivery.
Is the sofa delivered directly to my apartment?
Yes, each Cloud Sofa module from EEAZI is delivered vacuum-packed in an easily transportable box. This makes the individual elements much easier to carry through doors, stairwells, or elevators than a classic large sofa.
The carton dimensions and weights are:
- Corner element: 107 × 32 × 32 cm – approx. 20 kg
- Middle element: 107 × 32 × 32 cm – approx. 18 kg
- Footstool element: 102 × 28 × 28 cm – approx. 15 kg
Please check before ordering whether the stairwell, elevator, and apartment door offer sufficient space.
Does the sofa need to be assembled?
No, the Cloud Sofa from EEAZI does not need to be assembled. The individual modules are delivered vacuum-packed, simply unpacked, and then placed freely in the room - without tools, ready for immediate use.
How long does it take for the sofa to reach its full shape?
After unpacking, the EEAZI sofa unfolds step by step. Thanks to GrowTech® foam technology, the modules can be delivered vacuum-packed and reach their final shape within 48-72 hours.
During this time, the foam gains volume, the seating surface becomes more even, and the sofa takes on its full shape. You can place it beforehand, but you should give it some time to fully unfold.
How soft is the Cloud Sofa?
The Cloud Sofa from EEAZI has a soft, cozy feel and a deep, lounge-like seating experience. The seating and lying surface is not extremely soft, but medium-firm - this keeps the sofa comfortable without sinking in too much.
Inside, high-quality, highly elastic HR foam with a foam density of 37 kg/m³ ensures comfort and stability. The foam is dimensionally stable, durable and designed to retain its shape even with daily use.
The Cloud Sofa is ideal if you are looking for a comfortable lounge couch that feels soft but offers enough support for everyday use. If you prefer a very firm, classic sofa, it is probably not the right choice.
Can I return the sofa?
Yes. For online purchases, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement, for example by email:
